TERRITORY
The company is located in the heart of Salento, a few kilometers from the splendid Ionian Sea, among the lands most suited to the production of Primitivo di Manduria. This area enjoys a temperate climate, characterized by long summers and mild winters.
The most common crops are vineyards and olive groves:
· The vineyards, mainly dedicated to the cultivation of Primitivo di Manduria, also called "the Gold of Manduria", have created their own natural habitat in an area consisting of typically calcareous and clayey soils.
· The olive groves find a perfect environment in the conformation of the soil, giving an extra virgin olive oil with excellent organoleptic qualities.
Furthermore, in recent years Salento has become a renowned tourist destination throughout Italy, for the undisputed beauty of its territory, its coasts, its typical villages, the quality of its products and its traditional cuisine.
