CULTIVATION TECHNIQUE The training system is the sapling, the supported sapling and "spalliera".
HARVEST PERIOD End of August, first ten days of September, harvested by hand.
VINIFICATION AND AGING Wine obtained from grapes from very old vineyards, with a production of 70/90 quintals per hectare. The vinification starts from a scrupulous selection of the grapes that are mashed, followed by a traditional maceration of the skins for 15/18 days at a controlled temperature with daily delestage. The vinification phases are carried out in the production area where the wine remains in refinement on its fine lees for 7 months, followed by aging in French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES Dense and intense red color, of high aromatic value, with marked aromas of ripe red fruit and evident notes of fig and chocolate. Thanks to the low yields of the grapes, it releases a rich, warm and intense flavor.
PAIRING It goes well with tasty meats and cheeses with character. It is an excellent meditation red that can give happy and unforgettable moments.

SOIL TYPE Franco-clay soils in the inland area and sandy along the coast with typical reddish coloration.
PLANT DENSITY 3500 - 4000 vines/ha.
CULTIVATION TECHNIQUE The breeding system is the Espalier.
HARVEST PERIOD At the end of August, the grapes are harvested by hand in the coolest hours of the day.
VINIFICATION AND AGING This Wine is obtained from a strict and scrupulous selection of Primitivo grapes traditionally grown and cold vinified with modern technologies. The grapes undergo a soft pressing followed by an immediate natural decantation of the must to guarantee this bright coral pink color. This process is followed by an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine we obtaine, is stocked in steel at 10 degrees in touch with fine lees in suspension to enhance its aromatic and organoleptic characteristics.
TASTING NOTES Main characteristics are the bright coral pink colorand the intense and elegant flavoring, with floral notes of rose petals, peach and pomegranate. It has a fresh and refined flavor, with evident notes of Mediterranean fruits and yellow melon.
PAIRING Perfect as an aperitif, special with fresh appetizers, fish tartare and seafood risotto. It is excelled in relax moments , fantastic during speeches time, enhancing the unique moments of life, friendship and love.

HARVEST PERIOD Second ten days of September, harvested by hand.
VINIFICATION AND AGING Fiano is an ancient white grape variety. It comes from a late harvest, carried out only in the early hours of dawn and from an accurate and scrupulous selection of the grapes that are mashed in the cellar with soft pressing. This is followed by a natural decantation in stainless steel tanks and an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. All the vinification phases are done in the production area where the wine undergoes a slight refinement on the fine lees.
TASTING NOTES Bright and intense color, unique, precise and defined aromas with the right aromatic load with an elegant floral nose with notes of laurel, rosemary and sage. Fresh, decisive and juicy flavor with clear hints of tropical fruits and well-ripened white peaches.
PAIRING Excellent aperitif wine, it goes splendidly with appetizers in general and all fish and white meat dishes.

ALTITUDE Between 30 and 120 meters above sea level. The mild and particularly favorable climate
helps to create an adequately ventilated environment.

FOOD PAIRING An excellent aperitif wine, it is a splendid accompaniment to hors d'oeuvres in general and all fish-based dishes. Very refreshing and drinkable wine.
