Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code (and EU Directive 2023/2673), if you are a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Terms and Conditions for Withdrawal:
- Product Integrity: The right of withdrawal is valid solely and exclusively if the goods are returned in their original, intact, and undamaged packaging and condition. For hygiene and health protection reasons, withdrawal requests cannot be accepted for bottles that have been opened, uncorked, or if the warranty seals or protective caps have been tampered with or damaged.
- Return Shipping Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods (return shipping fees) are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped securely to ensure the protection of the bottles during transport.
